Every merchant you onboard who activates a standard $20 to $30/mo subscription pays you $10 to $15 every month for as long as their store is active.

50 Active Stores = ~$500 to $750 / month
100 Active Stores = ~$1,000 to $1,500 / month
300 Active Stores = ~$3,000 to $4,500 / month

Key Responsibilities

✓Source, prospect, and close new merchant accounts across key commercial districts, wholesale markets, and creator networks.
✓Provide white-glove onboarding: assist new merchants with bulk product imports, custom domains, and local payment gateways.
✓Empower sellers to migrate away from high-commission marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Etsy) to their own independent brand storefronts.
✓Track cohort retention to maximize compounding 50% monthly recurring commissions.
✓Host local workshops or digital webinars showcasing the power of independent e-commerce.

Who You Are

•Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with store owners and business leaders.
•Experience in e-commerce, merchant services, digital marketing, or retail store operations.
•Goal-oriented individual driven by compounding recurring revenue rather than a flat fixed salary.
•Quick learner capable of mastering the Shoplye merchant dashboard and storefront studio.
•Native-level local language fluency.
