1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Shoplye via our website (shoplye.com) or mobile applications on iOS and Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Free Sovereign Platform License
Shoplye provides a cloud-based merchant operating system enabling businesses and individuals to design storefronts, manage catalogs, and dispatch customer shipments. The platform is 100% free with zero subscription tiers, zero in-app purchases, and zero platform transaction cuts. Merchants keep 100% of their sales proceeds.
3. Merchant-Owned Gateway & Courier Credentials
In Store Settings, merchants may configure their own external merchant credentials for payment gateways (e.g., Paymob, Stripe) and physical shipping couriers (e.g., Bosta, Aramex). All customer payments for physical goods are processed directly into the merchant's own accounts under Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.5(a) (Physical Goods) and Guideline 3.1.3(c). Shoplye is not a payment intermediary and never collects transaction fees or holds funds.
4. Acceptable Use & Merchant Content
- You are solely responsible for all products, titles, images, and prices published on your storefront.
- You must comply with all applicable consumer protection, trademark, and e-commerce laws.
- We strictly prohibit counterfeit items, unauthorized services, or illegal goods. We reserve the right to suspend any store found in breach of these standards.
5. Account Termination & Data Deletion
Merchants may discontinue service and permanently delete their account and storefront data at any time via the Store Settings dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
