Every merchant you onboard who activates a standard $20 to $30/mo subscription pays you $10 to $15 every month for as long as their store is active.

300 Active Stores = ~$3,000 to $4,500 / month

Key Responsibilities

✓Identify and approach independent retail store owners, fashion boutiques, wholesalers, and social commerce merchants.
✓Demonstrate the Shoplye storefront operating system, automated local courier shipping, and zero-fee payment links.
✓Guide merchants through their 30-day free trial setup and store launch within minutes.
✓Maintain continuous relationships with active merchants to ensure high retention and lifetime recurring commissions.
✓Act as the localized market expert, gathering merchant feedback to share with our product and engineering teams.

Who You Are

•Proven track record or strong aptitude in outbound B2B sales, retail pitching, or direct merchant acquisition.
•Deep understanding of the local retail and e-commerce landscape in your country.
•Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
•Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, phone calls, in-person visits, or Instagram DMs.
•Fluency in the local national language and working proficiency in English.
